  • 1/2 teaspoon   dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon   ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/2 teaspoon   pepper
  • 1/2 cup  fat-free cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1 tablespoon  margarine
