  • 250ml oil for frying
  • 50g dry polenta or cornmeal
  • 5 tablespoons plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Description

This Fried Fish Is Absolutely Delicious. It's Coated In A Herb And Spice Seasoned Polenta Mix, Then Deep-fried To Perfection. Enjoy With Chips, If Desired.
