1/2 cup orange pepper, sliced

1 tablespoon of thinly sliced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons chopped scallion
3 garlic, minced
1 tablespoon tapioca starch
2 tablespoons cooking wine
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (You can substitute with regular oil)
2 tablespoons of Ji Zhi or soy sauce
2 tablespoons grape seed oil
