  • 100 g snow peas, stringed and cut lengthwise into 3 or 4 strips
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Coles soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Coles oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 440 g Thin Hokkien Noodles
  • 225 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 stalk fresh basil, leaves chopped
  • 1/2 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced on the bias
  • 1 medium brown onion, thinly sliced
