Ingredients
- 10 sprigs parsley (I use dried and about 3 Tbsp. Spoons or a palm full)
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- ¼ chopped onion
- 1 package (1 Cup) chopped frozen spinach or swiss chard (squeeze out the water)
- salt (optional) I donât use much salt and you get it from the soup stock.
- pepper to taste
- 1 ½ Cups bread soaked in soup stock (chicken bouillon works great)
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- 3 eggs beaten
- ½ Cup grated parmesan cheese
- olive oil
Description
These Require A Bit Of Pre Planning As You Need To Make Them The Day Before And They Need To Chill Over Night. I Find Them Very Tasty, As We Use Whole Wheat Bread Around Our House That Is What I Use For The Wet Bread Crumbs. I Think It Gives It A Nice Fla
