- 1 package (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
- 4 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbs. nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. pizza sauce (I use Ragu)
- 3/4 c. chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 Tbs. finely chopped onion (I left this out)
- 1 Tbs.chopped black olives
- 1 Tbs. chopped stuffed olives (I left this out)
- 1 Tbs. chopped canned mushrooms
