• a good glug (approx 3 - 4 tablespoons) Olive Oil
• Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper

• Leftover cooked chicken
• 70 - 100g Cheddar Cheese - Grated
• 8 - 10 Black olives cut in 1/2
