- One 15-ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (eyeball it)
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 crusty rolls, split
- Flat-leaf parsley, chopped (a generous handful)
- manchego cheese, for shaving
