- 15 chillies (jalapeno) or adjust to your taste
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 500ml red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Saba (thick cooked grape juice)
- 1sp salt
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- Hot sterilised jars
