Korean Burritos

Ingredients

Marinated Flank Steak

1 1/2 lb flank steak1/4 c green onions, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)1/4 c soy sauce2 T brown sugar1 T granulated sugar1 T toasted sesame oil1 T fresh ginger, grated2 cloves garlic, minced1 t red pepper flakespinch black pepper1 T rice wine vinegar2 T pear juice (or use 1 sliced apple/pear), optionaltoasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Mixed Greens

1 head of romaine lettuce (or any other lettuce) shredded3 scallions cut thinly1/2 cup cilantro, chopped2 cucumbers chopped

Spicy Sauce

2 tablespoons sambal oelek2 tablespoons rice vinegar1 tablespoon sesame oil1 tablespoon sesame seed

Kim Chee Fried Rice

1 cup kim chee finely chopped1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 tablespoon sesame oil2 cups cooked white rice
