Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups macaroni
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 small eggplant, peeled and chopped into 1/2 i nch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese(I use Italian blend or even cheddar sometimes)
