Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 lb skinless boneless chicken breasts sliced diagonally
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
- 2 T garlic minced
- 1 lb fresh angel hair pasta
- 1/4 C fresh basil
- 1 ( 8 1/2 ouce) can artichoke hearts in water quartered and drained
- 1/2 C kalamata olives pitted
- 6 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
