- 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1 onion (or the equivalent in scallions)
- 2 eggs, scrambled (optional)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup peanuts, diced
- 2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 lemon, quartered (for garnish)
