Swiss Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Gruyere, shredded
  • 8 ounces Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1 12 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 1 clove Garlic, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup White Wine
  • 1 dash Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • Suggested Dippers, crusty breads, rolls, bacon wrapped breadsticks (see recipe), grilled meats and veggies (shish kabob see recipe)

Description

Cheese Fondue, Crusty Bread,and White Wine. Add Dessert For Romance Or A Shish Kabob (grilled Steak And Veggies) For Entertaining.
