Chantilly Cream

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Raspberry Sauce

  • 3 cups red raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • zest of one lemon

Maple Toasted Pecans

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
