Ingredients

  • 1 bunch baby radishes
  • 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
  • 1 bunch baby carrots
  • 180g snow peas, trimmed
  • 3/4 cup (185ml) dry white wine
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 400g mild blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp cornflour, mixed with 2 tbs water
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbs snipped chives
  • Grissini and cherry tomatoes, to serve
