3 fresh green onions , chopped
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
1.5 tsp lime peel zest
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
8 oz French bread baguette , cut into 12 slices and toasted
0.5 cup crumbled blue cheese
