  • 1/2 to 1 jalapeño chili, seeded, chopped (2 to 3 teaspoons)
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 swordfish, tuna or halibut steaks, 3/4 inch thick (4 ounces each)
