- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- salt, to taste
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- ground black pepper, to taste
