- 1/2 tsp. dried crushed chili OR cayenne pepper

- 1/2 English cucumber
- handful fresh coriander/cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dried crushed chili OR cayenne pepper
