Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups warm water (105-115 degrees F)
  • 2 packets rapid rise active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, plus more for oiling the bowl and baking sheet
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal, preferably stone ground, plus a little more for the baking sheet
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 11/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Course sea salt
