  • 1/4 cup  cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp.  sea salt or salt
  • 3/4 to 1-1/4 cups  all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup  packed spinach leaves
  • 1 cup  packed fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves  garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup  extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp.  lemon juice
  • 2 oz.  turkey pepperoni or pepperoni
  • 1-1/2 cups  reduced-fat mozzarella cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese (4 to 6 oz.)
