Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz), defrosted & squeezed
3 scallions, sliced thinly
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3 oz, grated
Parmesan ground, 1 oz
Cayenne, to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tablespoon of mustard.
