Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
1 cup skim milk
1/3 cup flour
2 oz pork tenderloin, finely diced (or any type of left over meat - bacon, ham etc)
1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced (green or yellow pepper also work great, as does most other veggie leftovers)
1/4 cup onion, finely diced (green onions also work great)
3.5 oz part skim mozarella, grated
Spices to match ingredients. We use oregano and pepper most often.
