Ingredients
- 1/3 c light mayonnaise
1/2 c Greek yogurt
1 T curry powder
1 garlic clove minced
5 tsp white wine vinegar
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/3 c dried apricots, chopped
1/4 c toasted sliced almonds
3 c cooked chicken
**apricots can be substituted with raisins, dried cranberries or sliced red grapes
