Agedashi Tofu


    210 g extra firm Tofu
    1/2 of water, Dashi disolved in the water
    2 tablespoons of soya sauce
    1 1/2 tablespoons of mirin (sweet rice wine)
    5 g of grated ginger - use the liquid
    1 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch to coat the tofu
    2-3 tablespoons of frying oil
    green onion to garnish
