About 3 cups broccoli florets
3 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 cup 1% milkfat cottage cheese
1 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Light Dressing
Salt, pepper, and/or garlic salt to taste
2 tbsp. All-purpose flour (to thicken)
Description
This Is A Basic Recipe With Cottage Cheese Added For Creaminess And Protein. I Used 1% Milkfat. The Batch Makes A Little More Than 4 Servings Of 1.5 Cups Each.
