1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme and 3 large sprigs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ea. salt and pepper mixed
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves about 6 oz ea.
1/2 c. all purpose flour for dredging
2 tsp. olive oil
3/4 c. apple juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
