1/4C olive oil, plus 1T for spinach
2T onion, chopped
1T ginger root, peeled and minced
Small clove garlic, minced
½ jalapeno, deseeded and chopped
1T cumin
1Tcoriander
1T curry powder
1t raw honey or agave syrup
Sea salt to taste
Ground cashews to garnish
