  • 14 cup Fresh Chives, snipped
  • 1 teaspoon Pomegranate Seeds, dried and ground
  • 1 teaspoon Habanero Pepper, optional
  • 12 cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 34 cup Roma Tomatos, diced
  • 6 whole Peppers, red or yellow
  • 2 teaspoons Himalayan Salt, or sea salt
