- 2/3 c. Chicken broth
- 1 x Egg yolk

- 1/3 c. Dry white wine
- Â Â Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
- 2 x Dz oysters on half shell
- 1/2 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
