Ingredients

  • 1 kg bread flour
  • 625 ml tepid water
  • 30 gm fresh yeast, or possibly, 3, sachets, dry
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  •     sea salt
  •     extra flour, for dusting
  •     Filling
  • 2 x zucchini, sliced, grilled
  • 2 x artichoke, hearts, sliced, grilled
  • 1 handf black olives
  • 1 handf sun-dry tomatoes
  • 2 slc parma ham
  • 1 bn basil, leaves, ripped
  • 1 x drizzle extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x drizzle herb vinegar
  • 1 x ball mozzarella cheese, ripped
  • 1 handf shaved parmesan cheese
  • 2 x fresh plum tomatoes
  • 2 ounce Montgomery cheddar
  • 1 x drizzle extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
  •     freshly grnd black pepper
  •     Maldon sea salt
