Antipasto Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. tarragon wine vinegar
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd pepper
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 T Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, liquid removed & halved
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 c. pitted whole black olives
  • 1 onion (med.), cut into chunks
  • 1 pound bow tie shaped pasta, cooked
