- 2 c. Red wine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 c. Brandy
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 12 sm white onions
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms fresh or possibly canned
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 8 slc French bread fried in butter
