  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
  • 3/4 tsp dry mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2 tsp reduced-calorie margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. fat-free (skim) lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
