  • 1 teaspoon  finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 12 sheets  frozen phyllo dough (14x9-inch rectangles), thawed
  • 1/4 cup  butter, melted
  •   Ground nutmeg
  •   Persimmons (optional)
