  • 1 5- to 6-ounce package  soft goat cheese (chevre) or 5 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1-1/4 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon  milk
  • 1 teaspoon  finely shredded lemon peel
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 6 sheets  frozen phyllo dough (14x9-inch rectangles), thawed
  • 1/4 cup  butter, melted
  •   Ground nutmeg
