Spinach Madeleine

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-ounce) packages  frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 tablespoons   butter
  • 2 tablespoons   all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons   chopped onion
  • 1 (5-ounce) can   evaporated milk
  • 1 (8-ounce) package  cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon  fresh minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 teaspoon   Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon   celery salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon   garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon   salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon   ground black pepper
  •   Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup   Panko-style bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons   melted butter

Description

Cook Spinach According To Package Directions. Drain And Reserve Cooking Liquid.
