4 strips bacon , cut into 3/4-inch squares
4 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper , to taste
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
