Grilled Tandoori Fish

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 120ml vegetable oil
  • 2 pounds thick white fish fillets, (such as haddock or cod) cut into large chunks

Description

Any White Fish Such As Cod Or Haddock Works Well With This Indian Marinade. Best If You Can Marinade It For At Least 4 Hours, Then Pop It Under Your Grill And It's Done.
