- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber 250ml
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 large flour tortillas (about 9-inch/23cm)
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh basil 60ml
- ¼ cup thinly sliced fresh mint leaves 60ml
