Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups cooked penne (about 1/2 pound uncooked tubular-shaped pasta)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 3 carambolas, each cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices (about 3/4 pound)
