• 1 Punnet of Mushrooms
• 125ml Double Cream
• Some Olive Oil for frying and Browning
• Beef and Mushrooms
• Bush of Parsley
• Liver Pate or Cream Cheese (Just if you hate liver)

Gravy:

• Sauces from the browned meat and also maybe some preprepared hot beef stock. 250ml Good Red Wine.
