- 75ml water
FILLING:
- 10g butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 80g grated cheese (gruyere)
- 1 small tin artichoke hearts cut into 2 mm slices
- 100g full fat soft goats cheese
- 250ml whipping or double cream
- 5 mint leaves shredded
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
