1 can 2% evaporated milk (10oz/284 mL)
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Grated zest of one lemon
1/4 tsp Each salt and freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
3/4 cup Packed shredded light Monterey Jack cheese (3 oz/85 g)
1/2 cup Packed shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz/56 g)
1 tbsp Minced fresh dill
1 can Wild salmon, well drained (6oz/170g)
1 can Tuna, well drained (6oz/170g)
