Jamies Thai Green Curry And Slaw

Ingredients

For the chicken
8 Chicken thighs, skin on and bone in.
2 tbsp Sesame seeds.
2 Large tbsp runny honey.
For the kimchee slaw
Small bunch of radishes.
1 Red onion.
½ a Chinese cabbage.
Small bunch of fresh coriander.
1 Fresh red chilli.
1 Fresh green chilli.
2 Cm piece of fresh ginger.
2 Limes.
Sesame oil.
For the curry sauce
2 Cm piece of fresh ginger.
2 Fresh red chillies.
Optional: a few fresh kaffir lime leaves.
Bunch of fresh coriander.
4 cloves Garlic.
1 stick Lemongrass.
Small bunch of spring onions.
Sesame oil.
300ml Organic chicken stock.
200g Fine green beans.
1 x 400ml Tin of coconut milk.
Lime juice.
Soy sauce.
For the noodles
250g Rice noodles.
1 Lime.
For the seasoning
Olive oil.
Sea salt and black pepper.
For the garnishes
Prawn crackers.
Chilli sauce.
1 Lime.
½ a cos or romaine lettuce.
½ a bag of beansprouts.
Few sprigs of fresh coriander.
