- cucumber-Dill Sauce :
- 1/4 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 small garlic clove, minced

Substitute Ground Round For The Ground Lamb, If Desired...or You Could Use Ground Chicken Or Turkey, But I Would Stick With Ground Dark-meat To Get That Extra Flavor Boost That The Ground White-meat Poultry Doesn't Have. You Can Cook These On The Stoveto
