- ⢠1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- ⢠6 eggs, lightly beaten

- * Andouille sausage can be found in specialty foods stores and some supermarkets. You can substitute hot links, kielbasa sausage, or smoked Hungarian sausage in this recipe
