Ingredients

• 2 broccoli bunches washed and chopped into small chunks
• 4 celery stalks washed and cut into small pieces
• 1 large onion diced
• 3 tbsp of butter
• 1 1/2 cups of cream / milk ( your preference as to what kind you like to use, table, half and half, low fat ,2% milk etc..)
• 3 tbsp of cornstarch
• 1 cup of water (for cornstarch)
• water enough to cover vegetables in pot
• 2 chicken bouillons
• salt
• pepper
• garlic seasoning
• 1 potato (optional)
