- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- 1 smoked duck breast, cold, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
- 2 ounces very sharp, good aged cheddar
- sea salt

My Husband Loves Duck, So When I Came Across This Recipe, I Had To Make It For Him. It Has A Nice Combination Of Flavors, And Can Be Made As A Salad/appetizer Or A Light Lunch.
